Grape variety: 100% Syrah
Production area: Central -South Sicily Agrigento – Caltanissetta (between Valle dei Templi and Colli Nisseni)
Training system: Vertical trellis, implanted on varied soil mainly calcareous and well drained.
Vinification: Pressing and soft destalking, with controlled temperature about 20°C and in stainless steel tanks;fermentation period 15 days.
Ageing: Maturated in stainless steel, it is aged for 3 months in bottle.
Alcohol by volume: 12,50 % vol.
Food matches: Excellent with roasted or grilled red meat and with cheese.
Capacity: 75 cl bottle.
