Production area: Central -South Sicily Agrigento – Caltanissetta (between Valle dei Templi and Colli Nisseni)
Training system: Vertical trellis, implanted on varied soil.
Vinification: Pressing and soft destalking, with maceration on the skins at controlled temperature about 15°C and fermenting in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: Two months in bottle.
Alcohol by volume: 11,50 % vol.
Food matches: Excellent with seafood, roasted fish and grilled vegetables
Capacity: 75 cl bottle – 150 cl bottle.
