Production area: Central -South Sicily Agrigento – Caltanissetta (between Valle dei Templi and Colli Nisseni)
Training system: Vertical trellis, implanted on varied soil mainly calcareous.
Vinification: Pressing and soft destalking, with maceration on the skins at controlled temperature about 15°C and fermentino in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: Maturated in stainless steel, it is aged for 3 months in bottle.
Alcohol by volume: 12,00 % vol.
Food matches: Great with seafood and crustaceans.
Capacity: 75 cl bottle
