Grape variety: Red Wine Sicily Protected Geografic Indication.
Production area: Central -South Sicily Agrigento – Caltanissetta (between Valle dei Templi and Colli Nisseni)
Training system: Vertical trellis, implanted on varied soil mostly and limestone.
Vinification: Pressing and soft destalking, with controller- temperature fermentation about 22° c in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: Maturated in stainless steel, it is aged for 2 months in bottle.
Alcohol by volume: 12,00 % vol.
Food matches: Excellent with red roasted or grilled meats.
Capacity: 75 cl bottle – 150 cl bottle.
